Allan Aguialr, Marilao, Bulacan town councilor and inventor of first electric tricycle, said that e-trike had impressed LTO officials during the testing at its main office in Quezon City. The e-trike passed the speed and carrying capacity test. Issuance of the orange-colored public transport license plates for the e-trike would come after the LTO inspects the tricycle manufacturing facility in Marialo.
